Dear Supporter,
The Occupy movement, now spread to over 1,500 cities worldwide, has opened up a new opportunity in our nation's conversation on debt, crisis, and capitalism. People of all political persuasions have joined occupations across the world to call for new priorities.
Meanwhile, time is running out for the so-called Congressional "Super Committee" to deliver its recommendations to cut over $1 trillion from federal spending over the next ten years. In just a few short weeks, the Super Committee will finalize its report. With all eyes on the 99%, we have an opportunity to make the news again before it's too late.
Show the Super Committee they can't ignore us! Write a letter to the editor today and make your message heard: Move the Money from wars and weapons back to our communities!

Through our Move the Money campaign, in the past few weeks we've managed to quickly respond and mobilize to put pressure on the Super Committee to straighten out their priorities. We've flooded the Super Committee with suggestions, we've hosted Town Halls, and we've even commented on their Facebook pages.
We're using every available means to make our message heard. Now, occupations are sprouting up all over the world and opening new opportunities to make an impact.
Are you participating in an occupation? Tell the Super Committee why! Write a letter to the editor today.
Over and over, members of Congress consistently tell us that they track each and every newspaper article that mentions their name. By publishing a letter to the editor in your local paper, you can be sure that your members of Congress will hear about it!
Write your letter to the editor today using our simple online form. We even provide suggested talking points to increase your impact.
Together, we can seize this moment and Move the Money!
Humbly for Peace,
