You are officially invited to WABA's Inaugural BikeFest! Come celebrate biking with area cyclists, and raise funds for our nonprofit mission - this will be fun for all.
The Bike Festivities include:
- Music from DC's Second String Band and DJ Jennder;
- Bike-themed carnival games and prizes;
- Silent Auction;
- Art Bike Showcase;
- Sideshow acts;
- And a bike-build contest between City Bikes, Oasis, and Papillon to be named BikeFest's top builder, as chosen by attendees.
BikeFest is June 11th at 8pm at the exceptionally bikeable (via the Mount Vernon Trail) and metro-accessible (Blue & Yellow Lines) Crystal City Shops @ 1750.
